The Reserve Pass is the resort's answer to the two complaints every Winter Park regular has: lift lines and parking. It is also expensive, per person, and as of September 2026 not on sale. Here is exactly what it offered and what else gets you the same things.
What the Reserve Pass includes
As reported when it launched in October 2025 by CPR News, the Denver Gazette and Axios Denver:

What it really costs
The Reserve Pass is an upgrade, not a lift pass. It's sold on top of a lift pass, and it is priced per person.
For one skier who drives up most weekends, the parking version replaces the garage fee, $55 a weekend day in 2025–26, and adds the lines and early ups. For a family, the per-person pricing is where it stops adding up: priority lines only help if everyone in the group has them.
Is it on sale for 2026–27?
In September 2026, the resort's Reserve Pass page said the pass was off sale and asked for enquiries to Guest Services at 970-726-5514. We'll update this guide when that changes.
The free version of early access: Rope Drop Club
The resort's Rope Drop Club costs nothing. For 2026–27, holders of a Winter Park Season Pass, Midweek Pass, Ikon Pass or Ikon Base Pass (18+) who ski two separate days in November get:
- Text alerts from Ski Patrol about rope drops and terrain openings
- Early access to Mary Jane before public opening
- Two days of Rope Drop Lane access from March 1
Ski two more days between December 1 and 15 and you get two more Rope Drop Lane days from January 1. It's not all-day priority, but it covers the mornings that matter most.
The resort also sells an Early Ups Season Pass add-on for 8am access Monday to Friday (lift tickets and passes).
Getting the parking without the pass
Reserved parking is the half of the Reserve Pass that is hardest to replace, because the resort's public lots are first come, first served. The options:
- Arrive early and use the free lots. See parking at Winter Park.
- Stay slope-side, so there is no car to park.
- Join a club with its own spaces. The U9200 Alpine Club has 30 reserved, uncovered spaces for its 30 memberships, one per member, on the Corridor trail between Winter Park and Mary Jane. A membership covers the member's immediate family, and adds a locker, clubhouse and slope-side hot tub.

Which one fits
- A strong skier who hates lines and skis alone: the Reserve Pass, if it comes back on sale.
- Anyone who skis November regularly: join the Rope Drop Club, whatever else you do.
